We are creating active mp3 broadcasts of real estate listings as well as creating tags in these broadcasts to make them available as podcast and video podcast downloads. This idea was brain-stormed by Zahara Mossman and is ONLY available at PodcastRealty.com™ and http://www.zaharaproperties.com and on her various niched blogs and of course, here on her home page.

May 25th, 2005, the North Beach Development Corporation with an Award honored Zahara Properties™ for "Outstanding Rehabilitation" for our market research and comprehensive study of the North Beach area of Miami Beach.  We actually raised property values by single-handedly pricing the units of the condo-conversion we sold. Our cooperation in rehabilitating and keeping the MIMO architecture of 75 South Shore Drive as close to it's original design of the era, helped win Shore Drive Condominium this prestigious award.
